Returns:
Here at NightVision4Less we want our customers to be happy with their products. To have the absolute best night vision purchasing experience we advise all our customers to consult a NightVision4Less representative in choosing the best gear for your needs. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return your product in new condition within 10~14 days (the 10~14 day time frame will begin the day you receive your product from the shipping carrier and will end the day that the product is received back at the shipping facility).
Some products have free returns, please contact us at your time of purchase to see which products we can take back. Among the returnable are ATN, AGM, Bering Optics, also most of our PVS14 w 10 yr warranty.
iRay, InfiRay, RIX, FLIR, are all non-returnable. Also all dual tubes are non-returnable.
Some products have a 10% restocking fee applied to returns in order to cover our return process for certain manufacturers; which includes but is not limited to: the inspection of the returned item, the recalibration of the item, repackaging, credit card fees, and other restocking expenses. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer. Again, if youre not sure, please call us to double check return policy on the product youre interested in.
For some products, if the 10 day period has expired, but it is within the 30 day time frame from the day you ordered your product, returns may be accepted but will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Again, please contact us before you purchase to determine the policy of the manufacturer for the product you are purchasing.Sorry there are no exceptions to this policy.
After 30 days from purchase All Sales Are Final.
Special Order and Mil-Spec Units: The above return policies don't apply to some special order and Mil-Spec Units. These are usually non-returnable after opening. Please give us a call before your purchase to confirm which category your product falls into in terms of its return policy.
Defective Products: All our products are factory tested prior to shipping to ensure quality however there is the rare occasion that a product can arrive defective. Any product that arrives and is thought to be defective needs to be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Phone or email the customer service department to report the problem and they will provide instructions on how to return the product.
To process a return please fill out and submit our simple Return Form below. Upon our receipt of your completed form NightVision4Less will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how and where to return your product. Please note no products will be accepted for return without an authorized RMA number.

Exchanges:
NightVision4Less is happy to accept exchanges for products in new condition within 10 days (the 10 day time frame will begin the day you receive your product from the shipping carrier and will end the day that the product is received back at the shipping facility). There is no restocking fee for exchanges that are of equal or greater price than the original product, however all subsequent shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact the orders department by email or phone to process an exchange. You will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions on how and where to return your exchange.
No exchanges will be accepted after the 10 day period and any product received after the 10 day period will be treated as a return and will be subject to the 15% restocking fee. After 30 days from purchase All Sales Are Final.
Order Cancellation:
If you need to change or cancel your order, you must contact the customer service department by phone at #1-800-771-6845 option 2 as soon as possible. If the package has already been processed you can refuse the delivery. Once the package has arrived back to the warehouse and inspected, we will refund you for the purchase less the shipping costs and credit card fees incurred.
