I read and watched lots of reviews before purchasing this item. NV4L had the best price and the entire buying experience was professional. Prompt shipping with tracking, and my questions were answered quickly, even got a call back to confirm the purchase. Item was packaged carefully and arrived as described. First thing I did was register the warranty with FLIR and read the enclosed manual. Very easy to learn and manipulate and enjoyed scrolling through all the menu options and experimenting with the viewer. This thing is small and light, good picture quality too. I intend to use this on wilderness hikes mostly for observation and for early detection of any potentially dangerous wildlife. Overall good buying experience.
