Backordered - Out of Stock Items

Most of the time you will already be aware if an item is out-of-stock or on back order. You will see either an in-stock or out-of-stock symbol near the “Add To Cart” button. If you place an order for a product that was in-stock at the time of purchase and the warehouse ran out prior to fulfilling your order, you will be notified via email and by phone of the change in order and we will do our best to tell you when that item will be back in stock or find an equivalent product to fit your needs. You will have the option to cancel the order or to be placed on a Back Order notice and have the product shipped once it returns back in stock. If you placed an order for more than one item, we will proceed to ship out the other in-stock items unless the back ordered item will arrive back in stock within 72 hours at which time we will wait and ship out all the items together.

From time-to-time there will be items that you may be interested in that will be out-of-stock. When you see the “Email Me When Back In Stock” you will be able to provide us your email address and we will notify you when that item becomes available again at which time you may decide if you would like to purchase the item or not.
