Cancelled Orders - Order Changes

If after placing an order, you find that you need to cancel the order or make a change, it is recommended that you contact us by phone at #1-800-771-6845. If a representative does not answer leave a message and then proceed to email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make our best effort to catch the order before it leaves the warehouse, but once the product has been tagged for delivery we will be unable to stop the package.  If we are unable to stop the package, you will have the option to refuse the shipment. Once the item has returned to our warehouse and has been inspected and cleared, we will credit payment of the product less all shipping and credit card costs incurred by NightVision4less.
