"I want to give a 'high five' out to the staff at Night Vision 4 Less. A few months ago I knew nothing about night vision. But needed to do some research due to a hog problem at out deer lease. Went to the internet and looked at a number of sites. The more I read, the more confused I got. Then I found your site. The layout was great, explanations were clear and really got me heading in the right direction. I also liked your mission statement and the passion you guys seem to have about helping customers so I thought I might be in the right place. I was right. I decided to call one day and talk to someone in sales. They were great in helping me understand the difference between gen 2 and gen 3. He did not push or try to sale me anything but allowed me to ask a lot of questions. I tried to save a little money so I purchased a quality gen 2 unit since the gen 3 was a little more than I was prepared to spend at the time. I had it in just a few days, which was impressive. I took it out to our lease and tried it out that weekend. I have never looked through night vision before and was not sure what to expect, except what I could see on a You Tube video. While I was not disappointed, I was hoping for something a little better. I decided to call my salesman the following Monday morning and report my experience. I had to leave a message. Within a few minutes they called back. His only concern was with my satisfaction. We discussed the gen 2 again vs the gen 3. He even went as far as having one of the engineers, Alec call and go over everything too. Again, these guys seemed really interested in making this a good experience for me. I asked if he would allow me to upgrade. To my surprise, he was more than happy to help me upgrade even after using the unit. I sent the unit back and purchased a really nice gen 3. Now I understand why our military says they "own the night". I am sure we will now be able to control our hog problem in the future. I purchased a monocular and am also looking at another device sometime soon to add another shooter when we go out. When I do, my only call will be back to Night Vision for Less!!
